Located in Intendente, one of Lisbon's trendiest neighbourhoods. If you want to visit some historic sights, Lisbon Cathedral and São Jorge Castle are both around a twenty-minute walk away. Or it's a mere five-minute walk to Intendente metro station. But the neighbourhood has much more to offer than just the proximity to the sights - this is a multi-cultural area where you're just as likely to find small galleries and boutique craft shops as well as extraordinary Nepalese restaurants beside Portuguese pastries.

Once a typical but neglected Portuguese house, the property was renovated by FAW Partners from the ground up to regain its former glory but with some tasteful contemporary twists. The emphasis is on space and natural light, with contemporary design touches mixed with carefully carefully preserved original features. Each piece of furniture has a unique story, sourced first hand from markets all over Portugal and Europe and placed within a contemporary chic setting. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large dining table to host everyone. Just outside the kitchen, a lovely balcony turned interior garden lets the light in and makes for the perfect breakfast spot.
