Sao Bento

This three bedroom city centre apartment was last renovated 15yrs ago, and needed selective improvements and upgrades. The brief was to focus on high impact improvements while maintaining strict budget control and execution time efficiency.

We preserved and elevated all the original aesthetic features, including carefully refinishing wooden floors, doors and shutters. Major interventions were performed with the plumbing, and a modern integrated HVAC system was installed. Finally, the furnishing and decoration elements were overseen. Works were completed under budget and ahead of schedule.
