Kore Yoga Studio

This three-month renovation, designed by FZA Architecture, transformed a former retail unit in Estoril into a light-filled pilates studio.

The fit-out added a kitchen and bar, two studio rooms, renovated bathrooms, exterior upgrades, and a small retail area. Built-in cabinetry and wall signage were made to measure. Lighting and materials were kept simple and muted, creating a calm space for practice and gathering. All works were executed with an open-book model, ensuring transparency and value engineering throughout the process.
