Usually Portuguese babies are delivered in one of the public or private hospitals by a gynecologist as Birth Centres with midwives are not an established concept here. Alternatively, a variety of options are available, including home birth and aqua birth. Being young parents ourselves, we can also assist in your planning of the birth preparation, with internationally experienced doulas, specialised yogis and nutrition experts.
